How Does the Subscription Work?

When you purchase a subscription from VetPets, you will receive automatic deliveries every month. Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery based on the frequency you selected.

By subscribing, you consent to your subscription being automatically renewed every month and to automatic charges being made to your payment method.

By subscribing, you agree to be charged for your initial order at the time of purchase, and then monthly thereafter on the same date. Example: If you purchase on October 4th, your next payment will be charged on November 4th.

After the first month (your commitment period), your subscription will continue to renew automatically every month until you choose to pause or cancel it.

You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time after the first month. Simply contact our customer service team and we'll assist you.

1. Overview

This Subscription Policy ("Policy") governs the terms and conditions for subscription services provided by VetPets ("we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing to any of our products, you agree to abide by this Policy, as well as our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Our Subscriptions

We offer recurring monthly deliveries (subscriptions) for selected products. When you subscribe:

  • You authorize us to automatically charge your payment method for future deliveries every month at the price selected at checkout
  • You receive exclusive discounts and benefits only available to subscribers (as advertised on the product page)
  • You enjoy the convenience of automatic deliveries without needing to reorder

3. Billing and Payment

  • Your subscription will be charged to the payment method provided at checkout on a monthly basis
  • Charges occur on the same date each month as your original purchase. Example: If you purchase on October 4th, your next payment will be charged on November 4th
  • You will receive an email confirmation upon each successful billing
  • You will receive an email reminder at least 3 days before each automatic charge
  • Failed payments due to expired or invalid cards may result in shipment delays or cancellation of your subscription
  • Prices may be subject to change. We will notify you in advance of any pricing changes before your next billing cycle

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Subscription orders are processed and shipped automatically every month
  • Shipping times and costs follow our standard Shipping Policy
  • We offer international subscription services to most countries worldwide

5. Commitment Period and Right of Withdrawal

Commitment period: All subscriptions have an initial commitment period of 1 month from the first order.

Right of withdrawal: You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from your first purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. In addition, we offer a 100-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products—please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details.

After the first month: You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time without any additional fees.

No renewal obligation: If you do not wish to renew your subscription, simply cancel it before the next billing date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time after the commitment period (1 month) before the next billing cycle without penalty. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be applied.

You can also contact our customer service team to:

  • Skip a shipment
  • Update your shipping address or payment method
  • Adjust delivery frequency
  • Make other changes to your subscription

7. Returns and Refunds

8. Free Trials and Promotions

From time to time, we may offer:

  • Free trial periods for subscriptions
  • First-time subscriber discounts
  • Special promotional pricing

Important: Free trials convert automatically into paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the end of the trial period. Only one trial or promotional offer may be redeemed per household unless otherwise stated.

9. Auto-Renewal and Termination

All subscriptions renew automatically every month until canceled by the customer. We reserve the right to terminate any subscription at our discretion, including for reasons such as:

  • Repeated failed payment attempts
  • Abuse of promotional offers
  • Violations of our Terms and Conditions
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If we terminate your subscription, you will be notified via email and any unused portion of your subscription will be refunded where applicable.

10. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
